Peony foliage color in fall is more a relationship to length of season and other factors related to where and how planted rather than cultivar. Some cultivars will change color more frequently than others but most will be bronze and orange colors than red. Tree peonies are more likely to show color. Have not taken a picture of this years foliage but already one has changed color to a reddish rust. Will have to check label for name.

Picture is two Oukan tp's as you can see one has changed color, the other has not. If foliage holds to November both will take on coloration.
