Lampranthus pink Vygie,perennial???? zone 8 ????

It's not in the best of shape,should i over winter it inside or plant & hope it comes back looking better if it will make it in my zone.

I have told my friend to please SLOW DOWN to many plants poorly cared for or needing rooting and not enough time especially since it's been succulents, succulents!!

also have sedum reflexum 'blue spruce'
graptosedum 'vera higgins'
senecio mandraliscae 'blue fingers' trying to root if not i will loose that one.sorry about bad typing its one handed.

any advice on planting and if zone 8 hardy.
