Thanks Ann -- I haven't done anything so far because I just hate to get into all that, but I guess that if it happens again I really should. I just do not like controversy, and rather than deal with these things as they happen I just have preferred to not purchase from those two again and consider it a lesson learned. One of the plants was in terrible shape from the beginning, but the other one was OK when it arrived and it only succumbed later when things heated up here in the summer.
