Great information Justin, thank you. One of those pictured, that you identified as Astrophytum ornatum, came home with me and from your link I believe it is A. ornatum Meztitlan. It has barely grown in the last year and I'm relieved to see that it is normally a slow grower. I have it in half a coconut shell and it will be awhile before it needs anything larger. Thank you for identifying the ones without ID.
