It really doesn't look like a rugosa. And it does have a lot of the John Davis look without the double flowers. How many guesses do we get?
Pink Masquerade? Prairie Charm? Simon Fraser?.
I've not grown any of these roses; but I'm glad I tried this exercise because I really like Simon Fraser. Fodder for my guesses provided by HMF search engine. I hope they seem reasonable.
