The flower is similar to Linda Campbell, but the leaf is not. Linda Campbell does have slightly rugose leaves and it's easy to tell it from my other roses, even when not blooming.
I think my plant came from Sequoia nurseries back when it was introduced or from the Campbells (High Country Roses when Melinda owned it).

I had to have it - Linda Campbell was my friend.
