As far as I know, probably IE only. Based on the fact that every other wierd display problem I've had, when looked at by Dave, seemed on ly to b e seen with IE. And I have an old Ie ... IE7. What version do you see under "Help" "About Internet Explorer"?
My problem started right about the ti8ime I decreased my monitor's resolution in "Desktop proertiees" - "Appearance".
