Yes they do. The succulents Kalanchoe, Crassula ovata, and a lot of the Aloes and some Hoyas are late fall and winter bloomers in the Northern Hemisphere. It's so much fun to see things blooming in the winter here (zone 7). Especially if there is snow on the ground. nodding My Rhipsalis bloom in late winter/early spring here as do some other succulents. Of course, they are all inside or down in the garage over winter.
I garden for the pollinators.
