Teresa,

Dot may be right. Here are the comments from the user in Germany:

Negative:Very poor plants for plants I purchased 9 months ago. Not satisfied at all.
Negative:Purch. 31/3 NOT delivered ??Money back thanks to the people of the Lilyauction.
Negative:WRONG PLANT, bought Fang and Claw last year = cheap spider instead. NO REFUND.

So to me, first, the ability to leave negative feedback for plants purchased that far back shouldn't be allowed by the auction folk. Second, look at the content of the comments. This buyer also left a neutral in the same theme. Speaking from nine years of eBay experience, generally, when a buyer becomes upset with a seller no matter what the problem and there are multiple purchases from that seller, ALL of the comments will be bad regardless of how many were actually problematic. Third, again in my experience, International buyers are almost a certainty for problem transactions. Fourth, look at the number of positive comments v. the negatives. Out of nearly 1400 total comments, three are negative. My opinion only, but I think is it is probably safe to buy from this seller. Smiling
It’s okay to not know all the answers.
