Yes thanks Janet, I think you are rightit is a Hebe, I have not noticed yellow edges on the leaves, but they are dark green and glossy. By the way, the photo was taken on the10th of July this yearr. I expect this shrub would bloom maybe a month earlier in the UK.

Yes Janet, I believe you are right. Also the yellow edges might vary due to weather conditions in my country, the yellow color is not very strong on this shrub. It grows in a very sheltered place in my neighbors garden, I suppose it would not live in an open area here.
