Quantity for ID, yes i suppose i can keep this forum busy and happy. Who knows, maybe someone may find something new. I am surrounded by four ranges. 1) North. Himalayas, soil and sedimentary rock formation. 2) North West. Kalla Chitta, metamorphic rock formation with soil in pockets. 3) West. Hindu Kush. igneous rock formation. I can find plants here also. 4) East. Salt range, as the name implies its made up of rock salt with soil in pockets. 5) Desert and arid sand to the South. Then we have riverine. So you see no lack of different ecosystems. All unexplored as far as flora is concerned.
Mirabilis jalapa, agreed. Five confuses me with Jasmine. The enticing flowers with fairy lights are Cannabis Sativa Indica so far, unless someone comes up with something new. I will put up one with white flowers.
That Pinus roxburghii look alike, the pods are different, size of pods vastly different, the new needle growth is different and thats not an isolated tree. The photographs were from different trees.
Herbs? Yes this area is rich in medicinal herbs and quite a few have gone on to the endangered list or extinct due to international demand. Even our tortoises and turtles are on the endangered list due to Chinese demand what they do with the shells, i don't know.
Two links are 404. In this region, not surprising. I can't even search for succulents because to some silly software it sounds like something else? Shrug!

Above are more photographs in detail and the resolution is ok. You can zoom in. I thought my eyes were not behaving so i felt the branches and no, there are no thorns. I will post a juvenile plant as soon as i find one.

Cannabis Sativa Indica.

Masud.
