Several of the moderated sections of the database have idiosyncracies that don't conform to the "accepted" standards. I have to admit that the Rose and Clematis databases don't follow all of the ATP rules. 
If you ask me whether something's an accepted name, I'll answer to the best of my ability, but it doesn't mean I'm demanding that your section of the database conform to my reply.
