No, Lin. I'm afraid it will be the other way around. It's more likely that all of the Deilanthes will have to be reclassified as synonyms of Aloinopsis. GRIN says, citing a 1997 source, that the following genera are now synonyms of Aloinopsis: Acaulon, Aistocaulon, Deilanthe, and Prepodesma. I want to see this confirmed by more than one source before taking action, however. For now, we'll just leave these genera the way The Plant List has them categorized.
