I propagated a number of different colors of CC about this time last year. Some have had buds,so far none have actually opened. They are also smaller than other plants i've seen propagated at the same time.Taking the fact that mine aren't in a green house & weren't under grow lights.I think my biggest mistake was potting them to soon, before they had a chance to grow thick, strong enough roots, then being put into pots to big for the baby plants. Now that i have learned more and recognize my mistakes.

This year i have put all of my cuttings into the small solo cups not filling the cups up all the way, only misting the cutting every now & then.I never "water" the cuttings without roots.Putting the cuttings into plastic bags is a practice that a lot of people do.I have tried it both ways and i found it works great with or without the bag, whatever works best for you especially central heating systems can take moisture out of the air so the mini plastic bag green houses can help,i have found that it can really help or even be needed on cuttings that are struggling or don't perk back up after a couple of mistings, (i use the produce bags from any grocery store that i purchase produce from, put everything in a bag)they are thin, some tinted green so your cuttings aren't getting strong sun.Poke a few holes and make sure the wet bag doesn't touch the cuttings,it will cause the segment to rot where they touch fast.I use Popsicles sticks to keep the bags from touching the cuttings.

Here's where i think i went wrong unless someone has a suggestion on a better way to do something else i'm doing.Advice & opinion always welcome!!!! Hurray!
What i rooted mine in last year was to big and the cuttings were able to grow long thin scraggly roots instead of having a small compact place so the roots could grow thick & healthy roots.I did re-pot my plants into smaller pots,i also put them in pots that i plan on keeping them in until they grow healthy & bloom healthy.

What can i do to help these plants that are behind to get caught up.They have produced a few small buds, which so far seem to be dropping, none have opened as of yet.
Most CC's are resting after blooming & this is the time to prune.I don't think pruning is a good idea. What about feeding,i use super thrive in every watering and add it to the fertilizer. But usually stop in winter except for plants that are struggling etc... maybe i will continue to add super thrive to the waterings of the starter plants from last year.Super thrive is just vitamins, hormones etc... not fertilizer,or should i give them something to help them grow healthier roots.
These plants were started the same time i started mine!!

A green thumb comes only as a result of the mistakes you make while learning to see things from the plants point of view!!
