Sounds good.! After you 'cook' the soil and it cools off, do you add any fertilizer or perlite or anything to the soil before you plant your seeds?
I am glad you have a good plan, because I have tried a lot of stuff to get rid of gnats and nothing seems to work. There is always a gnat on my Monitor and it drives me crazy, I won't kill him for nothing but it drives me crazy.
