I feed them every couple of weeks with something like 5-10-5. I bring them inside in Set or Oct depending on the weather. They rest in a dark cool room and the foliage yellows and dies back and when it has collapsed I trim it off. One year I took two out of the pot with the soil and planted them in the spring where they received morning sun, regular deep watering and regular fertilization. When I dug them in the fall they were huge. My problem is to many plants squeezed into my planting areas.
