The first photo looks like it has some very mushy, rotting lower leaves. It might be a good idea to gently remove them and tuck gravel under the healthy leaves.

Love the one with cilia and such wonderful tufting on the end of the leaves. Lovey dubby
And just look at those cute little offsets waiting for spring, in the last photo. How sweet. Smiling
