The tip of 1 leaf on a few different plants start to get soft at the tip then dry out.I have been cutting the bad part off until i get to where it's healthy,i then dip the cut part of the plant into cinnamon and it heals and no more problems with that leaf.I would like to know what could be causing this. They are starter plants i've had about 8 or 9 months.

A green thumb comes only as a result of the mistakes you make while learning to see things from the plants point of view!!
