Noel, do you have a plant nursery in your area? If so, I think it is about time that you went and paid your respects to the owner and get on friendly terms and conditions with him. Then you can pick his brains for local knowledge and you will find his knowledge to be of great help. These long range expeditions on net are useful but when you are stuck, off the cuff local knowledge is advisable.
