Yes, I think 'Limelight' would bloom in time for you. It blooms late for me, but I love the color of the foliage so that makes the wait okay.
I'm going to get seeds for 'Hot Lips' this year.
So many of the Salvia are rated for zone 8a and above, but I do tend to zone-push so I am going to add some I've been wanting and hope for the best.
