OK - this is probably not the appropriate way to make new entries, but at least it created an entry from which to consider this question:

Winterberry Holly (Ilex 'Hopewell Grenadier')

Not exactly or precisely right, but the information is in there. I await commentary from more knowledgeable database moderators/admins on ways to adjust this information.
