I did another search on araceae in Colombia and found some articles. Apparently the exciting news recently is about Anthuriums, they have found 4 new species in Colombia. However, you are right that the native orchids are incredible. I recognize some orchids that are also native here but there are many, many more in Colombia. It seems it is one of the most botanically diverse countries in the world.

Here are some links I found. I scanned them, some have parts in English, most are beyond my interest level scientifically but I scanned for drawings or pictures.

http://www.elicriso.it/es/como... (this appears to be an Italian site in Spanish)

I'll look some more if you will give me some keywords (in english is fine), I've used plantas tropicales de Colombia, araceae de Colombia, filodendro de Colombia. Any other options?
