I was very saddened to read about...
"The old nest was deliberately killed by someone to get rid of the eagles nest.
Jan. 25, 2006, during our last trip to the gulf coast of FL, we went to Ft. De Sota and saw two Bald Eagles their nest and a fish one had caught. We didn't get pics of both Eagles, one had flown away when we took the pics.
