Mazari Palm. Huum, Mazari points towards Sindh. Mazari is a tribe straddling the Baluchistan Sindh border. Mountainous area reaching 48c in summer and somewhere minus 18 or beyond. It should take frost quite well. Let me find out but I think I have seen this clumping not to large palm but then I spent 26 years in Sindh
