JB,
You are NOT sounding stupid at all. That is what is usually the 1's sold on ebay are.! and when conditions change, they go back normal.(but you will have run out of time to say something by then) but the true one's will stay variegated. there are 2 different M. Butterfly that are out there. 1 is normal, the other is vari and both clone true thru cuttings they are sold thru the Epie Group in Holland.. I remember reading about a red cultivar but the info was on my old computer that went kaput and haven't found the site again yet. And i'm sure with all the hybidizing going on there will be others coming and not working out..

JB said:Cliff, i hate to sound stupid, but I have some plants that look like that and they are not called "variegated". It had to do with the sun and conditions in the GH. LOL Thanks, I have seen M. Butterfly before and never noticed the leaves. Hmmmmm. Rolling my eyes.
SMILE AND HAVE A GREAT DAY
