I'm not certain it is T. latisectus, from what I read about it it's from a very small area and hasn't been in cultivation for very long. I read 1992 somewhere, but that doesn't mean it hasn't been cultivated in Pakistan which I think is very possible. It seems to be a suitable candidate for the growing conditions.

Read this under T. martianus:

Most reports of this palm turn out to be T. fortunei with a bare trunk

How bare they mean is another question, could it be a bare trunked T. fortunei? The trunk on mine is broader at the base.
