Winter aconite is a fall-planted bulb. Some sources say it's hardy to zone 7, others to zone 9. I'd say go ahead and give it a shot. I originally got my eranthis from Brent and Becky's Bulbs (
https://store.brentandbeckysbu...). Their fall catalog won't be out until later in the year.
Colorblends, a very reliable mail order wholesale nursery, usually has them for sale as well (
http://www.colorblends.com/Aco...) but, as with Brent and Becky's, their fall catalog will appear later in the year.
