I have about five or six Abutilons, one of which is variegated. It struggles in the 100+° summers here. It's almost easier to replace them in spring. I keep mine in pots, so far. That's going to change this year. Too hard to keep pots watered in the summer. BTW, that nursery in the blog, Barton Sprgs., is one of my "haunts." It's about 2 miles from here. If I find a tiny v. Abutilon this spring, I'll let you know!
