Yes it is. Mine's been blooming for a month. It has also bloomed again in late Spring/early Summer. It's in a wooden basket and, when outdoors, gets several hours of sun until morning. They grow quickly! The flowers open successively so they stay in bloom for a long time. It's been reclassified to Prosthecea and now called Prosthecea cochleata though the old name is still used.
