It is the common name in this part of the world, not a cultivar. When I try to add it as a common name I get a return answer that, that name has already been taken by Brassica general entry . So, I figured that someone has made a wrong entry somewhere. Try and see. Yes it is a official proposal please pretty please zuzu.
