Hi Jerri, welcome to ATP!
Not sure how populated this forum is, we do have a Plant ID forum but I just happened to notice this in the new threads/posts lists.
This is a Maranta leuconeura or Red-Veined Prayer Plant. Propagation is by division, since your plant is getting bigger, that should be easy to do, looking at where it's created separate sections. The plants have a shallow root system so can be planted in shallow pots. They like the soil to be kept moist so try not to let it dry out, reduce moisture from fall to late winter. A good idea is to place the pot in a tray of wet pebbles to increase humidity. And no direct sunlight, it will burn the leaves.
