Two weeks back I used Marathon formula not due to slugs but we have fat juicy caterpillar type things underground which polish of the roots. With a heavy heart I used it because it is an indiscriminate killer, the good, the bad and the ugly all gone.

Just for snails I prefer snail bait. Bev I know, these snails are so smart to tell you honestly, much more smarter then overrated humans. Sneaky creatures wait for my bedroom light to be switched of then a complete regiment of foot starts from one corner and polishes of every thing green. Here do one thing. Let a piece of liver rot then put it under a tin at night. Keep one side of the tin raised for access. Next morning you will find a pile of snails/slugs fighting for their chance at the liver piece.

Shrug! What can I do if God made humans stupid Sad .
Regards,
Arif.
