If I read Charleen's post correctly, picture a wooden step-ladder. Drill a hole in the rung, OR in the board you've spread between the front & back sides, and put a bucket in said hole. Could be one of those big 5gal buckets, or something smaller. Make sure the bucket has drain holes, and plant it with a cascading plant. You could do the same thing by drilling a hole in the top step and having the plant cascade over the entire ladder.
