Hilarious! First, if it has a flower, then check what type of flower it is. In this case it had similarities to a daisy type flower which suggests Asteraceae.

I've just checked on the Plant List, the spelling should be Senecio stapeliiformis and that is a synonym of Kleinia stapeliiformis.
