I found these glass plate flowers on line and they just caught my interest. So I have been visiting the thrift shops and looking forward to checking out the yard sales this summer.
You just stack them up and glue them together. I used E6000 glue.
I started with a large frosted serving plate, a blue glass plate, a stoneware plate, two candle votives, and a flat sided bottle for the back.
When I first stacked them up the serving plate didn't look quite right so I added some yellow paint to the back of the serving plate. I only painted the scollop depressions giving it a petal look.
