Hanging basket? Hmmmm, somehow the idea of a species plumeria in a basket never occurred to me, but the growth habit of this one would actually make that a possibility, Thanks so much for the idea! Now, what to use as filler? A creeping succulent of some type, I think, that appreciates weekly waterings. Maybe a senecio R. or a "rat-tail" plant? (It's botanical name eludes me) Any suggestions/ideas?
