I have a question about planting these babies i just got from simply succulents.I have been so concerned with the one that arrived so wet & soft that i just today started thinking about planting them.It has stopped raining and the sun is shining.I started pulling the others out of the pot.I have never ordered semp's before only purchased them at lowes & wal-mart etc... These are smaller than any other i have planted.I have planted bigger ones & found dead dried out leaves at the bottom of them.I simply removed the dead leaves & planted.I found the same thing on these little ones. They feel hard kinda crispy,i even found a baby that seems dead it's so hard & dried out.

I have plants that the leaves are thick & stiff but these are completely open, small and arrived in a bone dry mix. I'm not sure what to do.Can they be planted now,i don't want to wait to plant them when it gets really hot.
