Might take them a few weeks to recover, but they'll be OK. Like Kate said soggy would mean they'd rot and that's not as easy to take care of. These are succulents and after a good drink and a little time they'll pop right back. I think they look worse because there's dirt all over them. When they're cleaned up that will help. You have a nice assortment there and they're colored up good already too.
