The plants all except the Jovi. just kept looking worse.I pulled them from the pots and found they looked like they were taken out out smaller pots or those little plug things.The roots were compact into a small size & shape different than the pots they came in.The actual soil on the roots were wet & surrounded by dry soil with a whole lot of grit in it.I had one plant that a leaf in the middle started turning yellow & the other plants leaves started to wither or look wrinkled.That's why i started taking them out of their pots i cut babies with long stems and planted them all in dry cactus/succulent soil.Some did have a lot of dead leaves which i removed.I lost some babies 1 completely dried out,one was like it had been steamed & practically fell apart.We have been having a lot of rain for 2 days so i'm going to wait until it dries out to put them out.I think they may do better outside in the bed once it dries out some.It was as if they were dried out at one time and then watered before put in the pots i received them in. 
I have to say i am disappointed with simply succulents.The semps i have gotten from Wal-mart & Lowes are much healthier plants.I simply wanted a bigger selection of colors,size and shaped!! I will take some pictures as soon as i can.Have been tied up with Dr.'s and probably will be until Wed. or Thurs. night.Hopefully they will be ok the next 2 days.« Return to the thread "New plants arrived while planting some from local store, i have a question???"
