Marilyn, I'm like that also...to some degree! I hate to plant new things that have to be brought in during the winter or put in a greenhouse (which i don't have). Occasionally, I'll bring in some things when the freeze might be too severe. Mostly, I'll just cover a limited number of plants outside, since it's not usually all that cold here. I remember we had one night briefly dipping into single digits just once since I've lived here and that was before I even had a garden...back in '90, I think. That was quite a shock for people here in Texas!
