I'm going to show yall some pictures of the plant then a picture where it's planted,can i get some advice on the health of this plant.It's also the only one without babies!!

The dates on these pictures are wrong.Does the ground look like it's lower than it should be,in this picture?It's at the top of the bed in the middle,only one around it with a white label.

Does it look like the ground has collapsed to anyone else around that Semp?? What to do?
