Thanks for that suggestion, Dan! I have a potted plant that needs some trimming back, so I thought I'd root a few cuttings while I'm at it. Watering the night before and then taking the cuttings first thing in the morning sounds like a really good plan! Unfortunately, my bypass pruners are neither clean nor sharp. Clean, I can fix. Sharp, not so much. Rolling my eyes.
Confidence is that feeling you have right before you do something really stupid.
