That's one of the tiny Persian roses Nery, Zuzu will have to fill in the name but my guess is Persain Flame.

It's a Hybrid Hulthemia, which by the way, I was recently gifted with a tiny Hulthemia seedling from a So. Cal. hybridizer, it just opened it's first bloom a couple of days ago. It's maybe 1/2" small.
