I had to have the camera on the longest zoom to get those pics. Bird was very skittish.

Did a google search on it and there is a hunting place the Chukar not too far from where we live. Blinking I don't want these sweet birds hunted. Crying

We haven't seen it all day or evening here. Sad

I didn't get around to checking my bird books yesterday to figure what it was, before Margaret id it. DH and I figured it was a 'quail' type of bird. Thumbs up
