If I'm understanding you correctly, Lyn, I think you have the same problem we once had in the Primula Database. The parent entry already had a zone that was added automatically to every new entry, but if someone added a different zone, the entry ended up showing two zones. If you're going to be updating entries to show a higher zone than 4, you'll have to remove the zone 4 information from your parent entry.
