The petals look too broad for C. x herbertii, if you have read much about Crinum you will find that they are not so easy to identify due to early misnaming and confusion and there was a lot of hybridising. The petals are more like Mon Cherie but I don't know how old that is, and it's impossible to say for sure.

Crinum x herbertii, Milk and Wine Crinum

Crosses between C. bulbispermum and C. scabrum typcially result in plants with nice flowers that hang downwards (like bells). The flowers have a pink or red stipe on white (or very pale pink) petals. The precise colors and other details depend upon the qualities of the parent plants.
