Just finished listening to the latest podcast.

Charlie sounds like a very knowledgeable guy. A great guest! I hope he comes back again. And poor Dave and Trish, ya'lls minds are no doubt spinning thinking and wondering about what you might like to plant now; more perennials...shrubs, flowers, kiwis?

Ya'll sure brought up some great points about how modern-day hybridizing is seemingly more focused on smaller plants. I guess as people's yards/gardens get smaller that is the norm. Well, if you want a variety of things, that is. Or we can all choose normal sized plants and just choose less of them for that same space, eh?

Ya'll are sure having fun with the podcasts, at least as much fun as in your gardens.
