Formal rose garden, now 3 years old. Boxwoods not yet confluent. 29 different David Austin roses in this garden. I'm spraying with neem oil as often as I can this year----WOW, what a difference that makes on keeping away black spot. It has become my favorite garden chore. Something so fun about using that powerful sprayer. Neem oil is organic but can be insecticidal which is bad for bees. I try to keep it just on the foliage.
