I used it a couple of summers ago when it was cold and rainy all summer. Every rose in my garden kept losing folliage so in desperation I did research and ended up ordering it from Rosemania. It was very expensive but it worked. Even my zone 6 minis made it through the winter. I don't think they would have been strong enough if I hadn't started the Aliette trreatments.
I may just have to do the same thing this year, as it seems to want to remain cold and rainy for the foreseeable future.
