True intelligence doesn't exist in these devices. They're just electronic devices designed, programmed and manufactured primarily by people, usually with the help of computers and other devices. The word 'smartphone' especially is a misnomer! I wish my camera really were smart! Then maybe it could figure out what I want it to do and do it! My camera can't even understand when a flash is needed...sometimes it flashes when a flash is needed and sometimes not! I don't blame the camera, however, I blame the idiots who designed and programmed it. As much as we paid for the camera and accessories, it should definitely do that! Lin, I think the fact that you manage to produce some really good pictures proves that you're smart enough!
I would feel more optimistic about a bright future for man if he spent less time proving that he can outwit Nature and more time tasting her sweetness and respecting her seniority. E. B.White
Integrity can never be taken. It can only be given, and I wasn't going to give it up to these people. Gary Mowad
